I have Windows ~~9.1~~ 8.1 on my laptop, and I am enjoying it! Took me a little to get used to it, but that is nothing.

I too have windows 8 on my computer. Like Yang, I tried to install 8.1 on my laptop (brand new) before I installed anything else, and there was an error with the installation. I've been getting harassing messages on logon now for about a month to try again so I may just do that. I hope there are not too many changes.

I have a duel boot system with Windows 8 and Ubuntu.

In fact Ubuntu is my primary OS. I boot to windows only once in 2 or 3 months.. So not worrying about upgrading to Win 8.1..

I am very much comfortable with my Ubuntu..
